Realization of this project was shared between Regional establishment for further education of pedagogical staff and information centre in Nový Jičín and a company RPIC-ViP ltd.

The project reacts to the need of flexible and permanent education of school managers during a period of proceeding system curricula reform and during a higher need to ensure relevant educational offer for important socially economical changes in the Moravian-Silesian region. The objective of the project is to create and test new and innovative educational programmes for managerial skills development and for trainings of managers’ competences with the use of e-learning and experiential forms to increase knowledge and skills primarily of school managers realising school educational programme.

Company RPIC-ViP ltd. within a project ESM participated at a development and realisation of manager competencies trainings – communication, co-operation, organising and planning and problem solving and change management. Furthermore, it also created blended learning courses of Modern strategic planning and Modern personnel management.

An interesting part of the project, also shielded by RPIC-ViP ltd., was also realisation of outplacements of teachers in different types of organisations. The objective of these outplacements was to increase competences of managerial school staff and school establishments in the area of management and personnel policy in non-school environment. Participants of these outplacements can make use of the gained experience in their own managerial practice, in personal and specialised development of their subordinates, in sharing experience with managers from other schools and also with their superiors.
