E2E

Employer to Employee (E2E) is an EU Grundtvig funded Partnership Project which brings together five organisations from four EU member states. Our E2E partnership has set itself a clear and simple aim: to identify, document and disseminate best practice on approaches to engaging older people in Enterprise Education.

E2E examined the education and skills upgrading of older workers (many of whom made redundant), it will assess what opportunities are currently being offered to Seniors to facilitate this move between jobs/career- The partners looked at how do we change the enterprise education system so that it caters for older people 50 to 65, and we will investigate whether there is sufficient emphasis on encouraging "older enterprise".

The project will produce concrete recommendations and a toolkit on encouraging and stimulating "Seniors Enterprise".
